IMPORTANT NOTICE: Mother Nature will not hinder our event! The "Taste of Sea Bright" will be held rain or shine. The weather forecast predicts "Light Rain" and only "5 mph winds" for Saturday (not too bad!). Don't forget - most of the day will be spent inside, but bring your umbrella, just in case, and remember - it's not such a bad way to spend a rainy day! All the stops are gearing up for an incredible day of fun, food, cocktails, live music, and lots of free give-aways! "A Taste of Sea Bright" TROLLEY HOP Saturday, Sept. 27 Noon - 6 p.m. (Rain or Shine) Cost of admission includes EVERYTHING: Ride the trolley and hop to 27 different stops for samplings of food, drinks, cocktails, door prize drawings, and incredible free giveaways! (You can visit the stops in ANY order you wish , at any time between noon and 6 p.m. on the day of the event. The entire trolley loop around takes approx. 15-20 minutes. It continuously loops the course, dropping people off and picking them back up - all day long. By the time you've had a drink and food sampling, the trolley will be back around to pick you up and take you to your next stop. Where else can you spend an entire afternoon eating, drinking, receiving free give-aways and having fun with your friends for only $20? Most of the stops are in the center of town, where you can walk on foot. As for the trolley - there are only 5 stops in North Beach, and 3 stops in South Beach - which you can either ride the trolley to, or get there on your own - your choice. ) Buy Your Admission Bracelet TODAY FOR ONLY $20.00 *If any admission bracelets are still available (it is selling out fast!), they will cost $30 on the day of the event. Children under age 10 are free of charge. Purchase admission bracelets at any listed business When you purchase your admission bracelet, you will also receive a map/passport. The admission bracelet and map/passport will entitle you to samplings of food, drinks, cocktails, door prize drawings, and incredible free giveaways at 27 different stops on the map -- and unlimited rides on the trolley during the event. Each stop on the map is unique and will offer something different. It is at the discretion of each establishment as to what they will provide event-goers. The food served by the participating restaurants is limited to a "sampling". Any restaurant offering an alcoholic beverage has a limit of one complimentary serving per person, and you must be 21 years of age. You may be asked for identification to prove you are of legal drinking age at each stop...so don't forget to bring your I.D. Children under age 10 are free. Follow the map and get your passport stamped at each stop on your journey. If you complete the entire course and get a stamp from every business, just fill out the form on your passport, (name, address, phone), leave it with an employee at your last visit, and you’ll be entered to win a free cash prize drawing up to $1000 in the form of an American Express gift card! The prize amount of the free passport drawing will be determined by total admission bracelet sales, and will not exceed the amount of $1000. You must complete the entire course and get a stamp from every business listed on the passport to be eligible. The drawing will be publicly held the following Thursday (Oct. 2, 2008) at 6 p.m at the Sea Bright Library. Anyone is welcome to attend the drawing, however, you do not need to be present to win.
